Robin Augustine was formerly the CEO of True North Hardwood Plywood. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President of Arclin, in Raleigh, NC, where he helped to revive a $400 million dollar entity. Earlier in his career he worked for Petro-Canada, Heinz and LePages. His progressive responsibilities have included plant management, R&D, sales and marketing and senior management.

He brings to the assignment a proven track record of growing sales. His operational background includes considerable Six Sigma and lean experience.

Robin was educated at the University of Toronto where he earned a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering and an MBA.

David is an experienced manufacturing professional; he holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has a background in the automotive sector. David most recently worked in the electrical insulation industry with ThyssenKrupp Materials North America. He is well versed in our manufacturing and quality assurance processes and has good connections throughout the industry’s supply chain.
